i dont have plans to really blog today but am starting to really feel that i should be in a way coz...i wanna spurt something out of my bloggy mind...hahaha..i just dont understand people...sometimes i dont understand myself...perhaps this may be bday jitters...i was just stunned bout what a high ranking person fromthe office wrote our forum at work which caught my attention......(well for privacy i put a blank on the name of my company....also i need to stay at work hehehe) and he quote:

well the problem with our company sometimes they dont recognize people who should be promoted...not that iam saying i should be promoted...i have been a call center agent in our company for a year now and i think there are a lot of peoplein our company who deserves to be promoted aside from just calling for over a year now or should be trained to a better and bigger positions...
i know it is inevitable that u see that someone is getting that promotion because he or she is a favorite..or they dont have that standards anymore...maybe u myt say maybe am just jealous or envious but no....recently i feel that i dont like to call anymore..am not happy with my job but whe i think about it..if i quit..i dunno where else to go considering the time, theeffort i have invested with my current job..i try so hard to do my best when iam at work....i dopt like to be late at work, i seldom have absences...and i think i need to be noticed...
well i dont have to brag but i guess the least our company has to do is to atleast increase our salary, we have seen how our company grow for the past year..from just having an 11th flr for an office, we now have the 12 and the 14th floors and wehave another center in cebu so we are growing...i guess they need to also increase our salary coz we make the money..i mean come on we are the ones doing the telemarketing.....nd giving the money heheeh
but wat the heck.they are so insensitive....
sometimes...people can be..becoz they just dont seem to notice...but they REFUSE TO NOTICE
