Save a Prayer for the Glorietta Mall Victims

Oct 18th at 1:30 pm,liek any other day at the mall, and a few days after payday, people are mostly trooping the mall to have the taste of coolness of side seeing, window shop, eat out with friends and family..when all of a sudden glorietta 2 had a blast....almost 80 people got hurt and at least 10 died.

Iam a certified mall rat, when am not asleep I find comfort in going to the mall, eat out and shop...but that day was just so tiringt hat I end upgoing home early and asleep by 12pm.Was supposed to go out but my family did not woke me up.

Woke up by the news that Glorietta Mall had been bombed or an lpg tank exploded...no really definitenews at the moment, but the mere pictures and videos shows that it could be a bomb that has exploded.

2 days before the explosion,I was infront of Glorietta 2 brewing with some old friends. We were suppose to meet up that Friday afternoon...thank God we end up meeting up last Oct 16th.

But I just heard the news, this morning from my aunt, a cousin got hurt and the wife died instantly.I feel bad, the wife is just in her late twenties and they have a 2 year old baby girl.Sometimes I dont get why they have to do these things not knowing the implications of the people they victmized. I didnt realize the story I read a day after the accident about a couple who was supposed to meet up was my relative.

I do offer my prayers for the Glorietta Victims and to my wife's cousin Lesty, we were not introduced formally but I met her on several family gatherings.

May you rest in peace and may we find justice.
